The hand-crafted curriculum builds upon itself from Day 1. “d” starts with an inspiring opening and begins to guide you to your “what.” Your “what” is the most pressing short-term or long-term target that needs your attention.
Day 2 morning we move into the “why” that feeds you endurance and motivation to achieve your “what.” After some individual time working on your “why,” that same afternoon we turn our attention to the “how” – “how” are you going to achieve your “what.”
And finally, the morning of Day 3 will provide a few of “d’s” favorite secrets – how to protect and celebrate all the hard work that you will be putting in to achieve your “what.”
The retreat ends in time for those who want to catch early afternoon fights home to hit the ground running on Monday or for those who want more time by the crystal blue Mexican waters to process their retreat and put any final touches on their Ignite planning before flying home.

LOCATION
Travel
Most major US airlines fly into CUN Airport, including Delta, American Airlines and United. In addition, discount airlines and international airlines also call CUN home, such as: Frontier, Spirit, Southwest, British Airways, KLM, Alaska, and many more. You should aim to land by 1:00pm latest to give yourself ample time to get through customs, baggage claim, and the 20-minute drive to the hotel, and get settled for a 3:00pm start. Speaking of drive, there are plenty of ways to get to the Marriott properties: taxis at airport, arranging pick-up by the Marriott, or shuttle companies such as Happy Shuttle Cancun.
Hotel
You have two hotel options: The Marriott Cancun (all-inclusive) or the JW Marriott Cancun. The properties are connected and provide easy access to the meeting room space. If traveling with a group or friends, “d” highly recommends single accommodations to provide personal space for your journey – you will not regret that!
Food
Your nutrition and treats are also completely at your discretion to round out your perfect, personalized Ignite Retreat weekend. Doreen realizes that you have your own special way that you like to travel, all-inclusive, big breakfasts and skip lunch, room service away from the crowds, bringing your own favorite beverages, etc. Therefore, you are in control of all your meals and beverages to make sure you get exactly what provides you the environment to thrive.
Maximizing the Program
You will receive a final agenda including registration location and meeting room location, if necessary, prior to your departure.
With your attendance, you agree to attend every session and be “all-in” to achieve the full outcome of the retreat. You also agree to stay committed throughout the program to accomplish the individual assignments. “d” only wants attendees to attend who understand that the environment exists for inspiration, not for an excuse to travel and skip the program itself. She does, however, encourage everyone to walk on the beach, take a dip in the ocean, sit outside while doing the assignments! There is power in numbers, power in other’s insights and best practices …all the attendees are in this together!
